The mustard manufacturer was founded in 1840 and has built up an excellent reputation ever since. It uses carefully selected mustard seeds and traditional production methods, such as the stone mill, to produce mustard of the highest quality. The mustard seeds are ground and combined with other ingredients such as vinegar, salt and spices to create a wide range of mustard varieties. Here, you can enjoy a sensory guided tour and experience how the mustard is made, and then of course taste the differences between the various types of mustard during a tasting.

Some of the best Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays in the world are produced here - from powerful red wines from Pommard and Volnay to the legendary white wines from Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet.

With the aim of creating a new style of champagne, Madame Pommery opened the "building project of the century" in 1868, just a few minutes' walk from the famous cathedral in Reims. She had the historic Roman chalk galleries, located 30 meters below Reims, converted into ageing cellars for her champagne, thus laying the foundations for the unique Domaine Pommery. The result is an impressive complex of ancient shafts, embellished with impressive bas-reliefs by the famous artist Gustave Navlet. It is not for nothing that the tunnels are also listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site.
She has also taken an equally revolutionary approach to developing champagne. With her Pommery Nature, she created the world's first dry-vinified champagne and ensured the international success of the Pommery brand. With her refined style and aromatic clarity, Madame Pommery lends her cuvées an elegant, very feminine character that can still be felt in the champagne qualities of the house today. You will get to know (and love) both the ageing cellars and the champagne better on a guided tour.

Tasting and tasting at the family vineyard just outside Reims
The family vineyard, now in its 8th generation, covers 8 hectares and produces champagne of the highest quality - from the vine to the finished wine. The wines are produced in small quantities in order to preserve the unique character of each terroir. A large proportion of the grapes come from the Massif de Saint-Thierry, where the soil consists of a lower limestone layer and an upper sand layer. This special soil composition gives the Champagnes their unmistakable minerality and finesse.

Distilling must be learned.
In addition, Christophe's family cultivates old vineyards in the renowned Montagne de Reims and cultivates some of the oldest vines in the region. This exceptional heritage enables him to offer a diverse and complex selection of champagnes that reflect the terroir of Champagne at the highest level.
Today, you will be tasting three styles of champagne with homemade delicacies.
